Instrument Facilities

Here's a list of instrument facilities. There are generally two types: 1) a facility at an institution/lab that can be accessed through regular collaboration and/or by paying fees, and 2) a fully funded facility in which the there are no fees and access to instruments is based on the scientific merit of the work (the nature of the work may be restricted by the funding source). I will call these "Shared" and "Free".
