The Houston Flood of June 08, 2001

Hurricane Allison turned into Tropical Storm Allison and soaked Houston quite thoroughly. Everyone seems to have some amazing pics of this event. Here's my measly few. These are shots of I-59 from the Hazard bridge facing north and south, dry and wet. Note: there is a slight dip in the flooded area, hence the accumulation. Still, it was an impressive sight.
